Karla is an experienced realtor in Nashville with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Karla is a proud native of Nashville and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, allowing her to provide exceptional service to her clients. Karla is married, with two wonderful daughters. Karla’s interest in real estate began long before she became a licensed agent. She would visit new construction and tour the model homes as a hobby. Eventually, she started helping friends interested in purchasing a home select upgrades and finishes. Lastly, Karla knew this was her dream career when she began helping a friend look for a home. She researched areas, and looked through newspapers and magazines until she found, what she thought, was the perfect house for her. A month later, her friend closed on the house. The joy Karla felt was priceless. At that moment, Karla decided that being a real estate agent was her career for her. To this very day, she still receives that same joy in helping her clients achieve their dream of buying or selling a home.
 
Karla is committed to providing her clients with personalized and professional service throughout the entire buying or selling process. She is known for her attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to negotiate the best deals for her clients. She has a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure her clients are satisfied with their real estate transactions.

Karla has a proven track record of success, having helped numerous clients buy and sell properties in the Nashville area. Her expertise includes residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, and new construction. She also has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and understands the unique challenges that can arise during real estate transactions.

When Karla is not working, some of her interests and hobbies include what she calls the 5 F's:
 
  • Family - Anytime spent together, whether at home watching a movie or out to eat at a nice restaurant, is priceless.
  • Fitness - She loves it! Karla ran her first half marathon in 2015 and competed in her first triathlon in 2017! In 2023, Karla trained and participated in the Chattanooga 70.3 Ironman.
  • Faith - His grace and mercy continue to sustain Karla and her family. Whether virtual or in-person, church on Sundays sets the intention and tone for her week.
  • Fashion - Yes, her other passion can get costly. Karla enjoys shopping so much that she does a bit of personal shopping for her friends from time to time. It's a win-win. She gets to spend their money, and they get to enjoy the outfits she picks out (LOL).
  • Finance - she admits she hasn’t always been the best with money, but over the years has learned how to budget, allocate funds, pay off bills and become debt-free. This passion for personal finance has transferred into her real estate goals. Karla enjoys educating clients on financing programs and options that fit their needs. Also, she’s able to connect her clients with people who can assist with how to raise their credit scores. This passion has transferred into her real estate goals.
