Karla is an experienced realtor in Nashville with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Karla is a proud native of Nashville and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, allowing her to provide exceptional service to her clients. Karla is married, with two wonderful daughters. Karla’s interest in real estate began long before she became a licensed agent. She would visit new construction and tour the model homes as a hobby. Eventually, she started helping friends interested in purchasing a home select upgrades and finishes. Lastly, Karla knew this was her dream career when she began helping a friend look for a home. She researched areas, and looked through newspapers and magazines until she found, what she thought, was the perfect house for her. A month later, her friend closed on the house. The joy Karla felt was priceless. At that moment, Karla decided that being a real estate agent was her career for her. To this very day, she still receives that same joy in helping her clients achieve their dream of buying or selling a home.
